Terms & Conditions


1. Enrolment & Payments


  • All students must complete registration before attending classes.
  • Monthly fees are taken via standing order / recurring Stripe payments through ClassForKids.
  • Payments renew automatically each month.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.



2. Cancellation Policy


  • To cancel, you must notify us via email or Facebook message before the 25th of the month.
  • Requests on or after the 25th will result in the following month’s fees being charged and cancellation applied the month after.



3. Attendance & Refunds


  • Missed classes are not refunded.
  • If the school cancels a class, a makeup session or alternative class will be offered where possible.



4. Class Conduct & Behaviour


  • Students must treat teachers and peers with respect.
  • The school reserves the right to remove a student for repeated behaviour issues.



5. Uniform & Presentation


  • Students should wear appropriate dancewear and footwear.
  • Hair must be tied back securely.
  • MSDA uniform for all classes



6. Health & Safety


  • Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions.
  • Students take part at their own risk, and the school is not responsible for injury from normal dance activity.



7. Photography & Media


  • Photos/videos may be taken for school social media and promotional use.
  • If you do not consent to your child being included, please inform us in writing.



8. Communication


  • All cancellations, absences or changes must be communicated via email or Facebook message.
