Terms & Conditions
1. Enrolment & Payments
- All students must complete registration before attending classes.
- Monthly fees are taken via standing order / recurring Stripe payments through ClassForKids.
- Payments renew automatically each month.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- To cancel, you must notify us via email or Facebook message before the 25th of the month.
- Requests on or after the 25th will result in the following month’s fees being charged and cancellation applied the month after.
3. Attendance & Refunds
- Missed classes are not refunded.
- If the school cancels a class, a makeup session or alternative class will be offered where possible.
4. Class Conduct & Behaviour
- Students must treat teachers and peers with respect.
- The school reserves the right to remove a student for repeated behaviour issues.
5. Uniform & Presentation
- Students should wear appropriate dancewear and footwear.
- Hair must be tied back securely.
- MSDA uniform for all classes
6. Health & Safety
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions.
- Students take part at their own risk, and the school is not responsible for injury from normal dance activity.
7. Photography & Media
- Photos/videos may be taken for school social media and promotional use.
- If you do not consent to your child being included, please inform us in writing.
8. Communication
- All cancellations, absences or changes must be communicated via email or Facebook message.
